Michael, I agree that agencies should provide some substantive work for their interns.  You provide a fair and balanced solution for both employer and intern with this suggestion. 		<description>Great tips Michael - I found former the intern&#039;s post humrous - but would have appreciated if she came to the table with tangible solutions.  As Susan said below, you make your internship.  It needs to be a two way street between the leader of the interns and the intern.</description>
